Pay 1 Force    Equip

Discard a card    Equip Diplomat's Blaster to a Diplomat during the battle phase. Play only when no unit is attacking and only once per turn.

Equipped Diplomat gets "Whenever this unit is attacked, roll a die. If you roll a 1, 2, or 3, disrupt that attack. If you roll a 4, 5, or 6, nothing happens."

Equipped Diplomat may have only one Diplomat's Blaster attached to it.
