You can complete The New Mandalore only during the battle phase and only when one of your Mandalores is discarded from the Character arena.
To complete The New Mandalore, you must also discard 2 cards from your hand.
Take a Mandalore unit card with a different name than the discarded Mandalore from your hand and put it into the Character arena untapped.
