You can deploy Ludo's Flagship only if you have no other Flagships in the Space arena.
When the Space battle step starts, gain 2 Force.
When Ludo's Flagship is discarded from the Space arena, lose 2 Force unless you retreat Ludo Kessh from the Character arena.
