When you complete this Location and when your build step starts, if you don't have a Cook Droid in play, you may pay 1 build point. If you do, take 1 40/3/2 COO-Series Cook Droid with "Double Strike" and put it into the Ground or Character arena.
When this Location is discarded, any Cook Droid Subordinate in play gets "This unit must attack, can attack your units, and attacks units at random." until it is discarded.
