When your build step starts, if you have 1 or less cards in your hand, you may draw 2 cards. If you have 4 or more cards there, gain 1 build point. If you have 8 or more cards there, you may also add 2 counters to your Resource.
When Nen is discarded from the Character arena, you may draw cards until you have 7 cards in your hand.
