A deck themed loosely around the sinister activities of the dark side in the lead up to and in the first act of AOTC. This is a counterpart to "The Council's Decree" deck by WOTC (https://swtcg.com/Decks/8398). Work in progress, but ideally this deck tries to win in Ground and Space before the LS can win via quorum.
